Dirt365.com is a news based, community powered Dirt Oval Track Racing news website, covering action on the track, while introducing a unique injection of community contributions of news and photos, which may go straight to the front page - as well as a staff of regular contributors and staff members, driving the content on a regular basis.

Total staff is expected to range between 15 and 50 at any given time, with a leadership heirarchy of 1 National Editor, 3 Editors, 2 Web Liasons, and Staff Writers and Photographers.

Dirt365.com replaces the previous bsuiness model of RaceSpace, and is greatly expanded and completely re-written.

The project is slated for a 3-phase level of development.

01The first phase will focus on the organic growth of the social community, or its membership base, while intorducing the news on a sporatic base.  We will also be building up staff as the platform itself grows stable.

02The second phase will target on the growth of news coverage in the native Northeast USA region as well as the Southeast Canada region, reaching out to as many tracks and racing series as possible, targeting a total involvement of 100+ tracks and racing series, and a membership target of 3500.

03The final phase involves a slow progression into national news coverage, encompassing the entire USA as well as southern Canada.  Also slated for this phase is the growth of a national product store and apparel line.  This phase is expected to progress for 18-24 months, with a target of 100,000 members and 7-10 million hits per day.
